We stand behind our products, so much so, that we can offer you a money back guarantee. This offer is very unique in the software industry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our software, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, (less shipping and handling costs).

License Agreement

Our standard license agreement allows you to use our software on only one computer at a time. We allow you to install our software on a studio desktop computer and on a laptop computer, as long as they are owned by you, and only used by you. The computers may not be run at the same time. You may not make the software available over a network where it could be used on multiple computers or users at the same time.

We trust our customers to respect our intellectual property rights, just as they would expect other people to respect the rights of their images.

We take software piracy very seriously and will prosecute those who infringe illegally upon this agreement.

Refunds

All refunds must be approved by Cradoc Corporation. Please make your request by calling us at 360-945-1380 or submit a request through our Online Support Form. If you are eligible for the refund, we will email you a Refund Application form. You must remove all copies of the program from your computer, sign, date and return to us the Refund Application form within 30 days of your purchase date. FotoKeyword Harvester users will instead need to provide proof of deactivation within 30 days of purchase to be considered eligible for a refund.
