Support
We have never charged for support. If you are having problems getting your program running, contact us directly. It is our first priority to get you up and running with your new program.

Support is available online to registered users of fotoBiz and fotoQuote. We are a very small company, and the only way we can continue to provide you with free support is if you do your share of the work first. FotoBiz and fotoQuote are very user friendly programs.

For fotoBiz, there is a Quickstart Guide, an in depth Reference Manual, a Tutorial, and on screen Help. FotoQuote has a Manual and a Coach section that gives you an extensive amount of pricing and negotiating information. Please take the time to learn the software before contacting us with questions that may already be answered in these teaching tools.

We ask that all support questions for either program be submitted to us via our Support Form. This is the quickest way for you to get an answer to your question. It also allows us to think about your problem so that we are able to provide you with the most relevant solution.

We no longer offer support to customers who have a computer crash and do not have a current back-up of their program.

Lost/Replacement Registration Codes, Downloads & CD's
We offer free support, but looking up lost registration codes was becoming a real problem. There is now a $10.00 charge for replacing lost registration codes. There is also a $10.00 service fee to send you a download link if you lose your program and have not backed it up. If you prefer that a CD be sent to you, the charge is $20.00 which includes s/h.

If you need to have your registration code and/or program replaced, please submit your request through our Support Form, no phone calls will be accepted for this service. We will then send you an email asking that you call us with your credit card information. Then we will re-send your registration code and/or program to you. Allow up to two days for this process to be completed.

To prevent this charge and delay, be sure and write your registration code on your CD or backup, or print out your email and file it in a safe place for future reference! Also be sure to backup your downloaded software.
